Prashant Jhawar

A second-generation entrepreneur, Mr. Jhawar joined the family business in 1982. He has been centrally involved in every aspect of the companyâ€™s management since 1994 and has provided leadership to both the old and new economy divisions of the business.

Mr. Jhawar is credited with having pioneered a number of path-breaking financial innovations within the Group. As the Chairman of the Usha Martin Group, Mr. Jhawar has won recognition for his contribution to industry and for professionalizing management within the Group.

Presently he is the Chairman of Usha Martin Limited, Usha Breco, Usha Martin Finance, Ushacomm, Eppixcomm, Usha Breco Realty, Billscutter Limited. He is also the Director of Converso Contact Centres and Red Tech Network.

Lt. Col. (Retd.) Rakesh SharmaÂ

Mr Rakesh Sharma, a retired Indian Army Commissioned Officer from the Armoured Corps, has been associated with Usha Breco Limited since October 2000. Trained in the Army at middle and senior level, Mr Sharma has obtained a Masters Diploma in Ppersonnel Management from the Symbiosis Institute, Pune. During his tenure with the company at Head Office, he has served at various levels viz., General Manager, Chief Operating Officer, Executive Director, Managing Director and now, he handles the activities of the expanded Usha Breco Group, as its Chief Executive Officer.
Ever since 2005-06, Dduring his tenure as a full-time director, from 2005-06 onwards, Usha Breco went on to increase its net profit by more than seven and a half times in the first seven years period. Additionally, the company has gradually expanded its operations in the field of education by, wherein it operatinges six schools in India; and real estate sector wherein Chhaya Niwas, an affordable housing project, accredited by CRISIL with a four star rating, is under way at Boisar near Mumbai.

With twenty six years of experience in the Indian Armed Forces and a decade and half long experience in the company at various levels, Mr. Sharma has imbibed and implemented in the company, an ideal mix of culture in the form of best practices from the Armed Forces and the corporate world.

Ravindra Kumar Goenka

Mr. Ravindra Goenka is the President Commercial of Usha Martin Education and Solutions Limited and holds other key position in several other companies of Usha Martin Group. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant & Company Secretary with more than two decades of experience in the field of Accounts, Finance, and Taxation.

Dr. Tarun Singhal

Dr. Singhal takes care of the operation of the Usha Martin schools on behalf of Usha Breco Education Infrastructure Limited. Dr. Singhal has served Indian Armed Force as a Captain and is a PhD in Human Resources. Dr. Singhal is associated with Usha Breco for over a decade and has substantial managerial experience to learn from.
